Metal stamper and fabricator Defiance Metal Products (DMP), Defiance, OH, has acquired Medalist Laserfab, Inc., a privately held metal-fabrication company in Oshkosh, WI. The acquisition expands DMP’s presence into the upper Midwest, and provides Medalist’s customer base access to DMP’s network of manufacturing plants in Ohio as well as in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Texas and China.
