New Hotline has Stamping-Design Engineers
Just a Phone Call Away

Die-Tech, Inc., York Haven, PA, has introduced a stamping-design hotline as a resource for engineers and others working in manufacturing plants that use precision metal stampings. Die-Tech engineers will be available to answer questions exploring design flaws, raw-material selection, assembly issues and other common inquiries. One of the goals of the hotline is get design engineers involved in projects earlier in the process so that designs are refined based on sound stamping practices, eliminating the potential for rework down the road. It also should minimize design changes and the design-change approval process. Technical support from the hotline (1-888-89-STAMP) is free and available 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
